Our Spring workshops are designed by facilitators to help passionate and visionary participants become more self-aware as they learn to navigate themselves in the social impact sector. They will explore their self-worth to comfortably engage in society; consciously choose/mold their role in service to a target community; and understand the oppressive system that makes certain segments of the community marginalized.

summer
retreats

Our Summer retreat is designed to train past and potential facilitators to become more effective facilitators and leaders in their organizations and communities. The retreat brings a small group of womxn to explore and tackle issues that undermine their growth while forming relationships with each other in the beautiful mountains of Colorado.

Fall
Roundtable

Our Fall roundtable explores traditional and unique ways to raise funds for individual projects and small organizations. It is a think tank because we bring innovative entrepreneurs, major gift officer, nonprofit fundraisers, marketing professionals, and/or grant writers to brainstorm creative solutions to fundraising.
