This 3-day session is designed to help participants advance their roles and careers in non-profit sectors. Explore identity, personal strengths, the meaning of community, and the need for intersectionality with a group of women committed to helping others. There will be daily outings to take in Colorado’s beautiful spring scenery.

The Spring session is divided into three workshops: Self-empowerment, Target Communities, and Intersectionality of Oppression. They will be led by facilitators who are experienced in nonprofit work and are fully invested in serving the marginalized within their own community.
